Founded by a project coordinator with a background in architecture, operations management, and on-site execution, Atlas & Helm is grounded in real-world experience, not theory.

Founded From The Ground Up
Atlas & Helm Contracting was founded in 2025 by Sam Pritchett, based in Atlantic Canada, proudly serving Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and clients nationwide through remote delivery.
With a background and ongoing education in architecture, paired with over 8 years of operations management and on-site project execution, Sam brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to complex work. Her experience spans custom home construction, commercial trades, logistics coordination, corporate operations, temporary installations, and live events - where timing, communication, and precision are non-negotiable.
Known for a calm leadership style and hands-on involvement, Sam works closely with clients, trades, and vendors to ensure projects are organized, aligned, and executed with care from start to finish.
